Mile High Mayhem: Broncos Defense Suffocates Jets in Gritty 13-11 Win

October 14, 2025

It was ugly, but the Denver Broncos have started a three-game win streak. This time, the Broncos took down the New York Jets on Sunday morning 13-11.

The Denver defense carried the day, with nine sacks of Jets quarterback Justin Fields. The Jets passing game finished with -10 passing yards. Right now, the Broncos defense as a whole are looking to break the all-time season sack mark set by the 1985 Chicago Bears, the only championship for Da Bears in the Super Bowl era.

Nix and the offense looked good early, but struggled in the middle of the game, giving up a safety on a penalty. It’s still too early in the season to tell, but the Broncos as a whole are looking dangerous on defense, taking the league by storm. The offense will have to do the catching up.
