The Circle of Trust (Week 14)
December 3, 2025
Our Circle of Trust features players failing to meet expectations or those that are inconsistent and making their managers a little uneasy.
Bryce Young, Panthers
Can you believe it? Bryce just took down the terrifying Rams defense behind a three touchdown performance. He had a bumpy weeks 7-10 but is playing better football two of the last three weeks. The Panthers will have a week 14 and will open the fantasy playoffs on the road in New Orleans. BY does not typically play well against New Orleans (1-4 career record) and holds a 61.1% passer rating. He’s an awesome story but this is an avoid for me.
Kenneth Walker, Seahawks
The snaps have flipped back in Walker’s favor as he’s now playing a majority of the game. However, the gap in carries still remains nearly nonexistent. If you’re a Walker owner. I’m sure you’re used to this by now and it makes for an uneasy game each week as the points slowly trickle in. Then you finally see a rushing touchdown but, yep, of course, it’s Charbonnet again. I trust him enough. Running backs are hard to come by and in week 14, better options are rare. He has been producing much more consistently since the bye week which gives me belief that he’ll get the job done.
Chris Rodriguez, Commanders
Trust. It’s a three headed backfield but Rodriguez gets the important carries when they’re in the redzone accounting for over 50% of the workload and cashing that in for three touchdowns. Obviously a desperation play but many of us are down a lot of reliable starters right now. This is a player that we know will receive the opportunity.
Davonte Adams, Rams
Adams and Quarterback Matthew Stafford have found the fountain of youth this season en route to a potential MVP season for Stafford. Despite sharing the field with Puka Nacua, Adams is on his way to posting a career high in touchdowns (currently tied at 14). He’s had no less than 5 targets each week and was coming off the board as WR19 over the summer. Adams will remain in the circle for many teams who hopefully drafted well early and are headed to the playoffs. This isn’t anything new, Adams just deserves some flowers here as he’s been rock solid for 2025.
DJ Moore, Bears
AND STAY OUT! This is why he made this list yet again. Moore went off against the Steelers going 5 for 64 and 2 scores, then laid an egg on Black Friday against the Eagles. Don’t fall in love with the big game, because if you’ve been relying on him all season, the big game probably didn’t matter anyway so you were already out of the fight. If I have him, I’m hoping I have someone more reliable to go into the flex than Moore. Can’t trust him.
Rome Odunze, Bears
Staying with the Bears, this one is SO tough. He was incredible for the first month of the season and really hasn’t been there ever since. He received 10 targets in both week 8 and week 10 and put up great numbers. The other weeks? Mostly sub 50 yard efforts and Black Friday was just abysmal. He’s still a talented player and I probably trust him more than DJ Moore, but your expectations NEED to be adjusted and perhaps flex to someone else should a more reliable option become available through waivers. Right now, most people are holding onto the September he had and he hasn’t been that guy for a while.
Jaylen Waddle, Dolphins
I think a lot of people soured on Waddle coming into the season and for good reason as he’s seemingly always leaving drives or limping off to the side. But he’s been healthy this year and really took off once Tyreek Hill went down for the year. Now, he’s calmed down a bit since week 11 with a BYE week sprinkled in between. The target share has remained but Tua has struggled quite a bit in those games. I wouldn’t worry about it as the remaining schedule appears favorable for Miami from a passing game perspective. As your WR2, I’m still in.
Oronde Gadsden, Chargers
If you were ever truly relying on him to be the tight end you never drafted, you were hoping for quite a bit! Don’t kick yourself, I’m right there with you. I went from Juwan Johnson to Gadsden when my actual starting tight end went down. He’s still playing 70% of the snaps, but he hasn’t really come through for you since week 7 or 8. If you can snag a better option from the wire this week, they may be a better option as the Chargers schedule gets a little rough ahead with PHI, KC and HOU as three of the next four opponents.
Check our Waiver Wire list for Week 14 to see if any of those names listed made it through! We try to include players of 50% rostership or lower for a true advantage but a few of those players could be a difference maker as soon as this week!
