Colts Put Perfect Record on the Line

September 26, 2025

Though it is early in the season, the Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Rams meet for a critical Week 4 matchup.

The Rams are a field goal away from being 3-0, while the Colts are 3-0. Arguably one of the biggest surprises of the season has been Indy quarterback Daniel Jones, who looks reborn after a bad start with the New York Giants. Colts head coach Shane Steichen has proven to be a brilliant play caller, leading a team who was on the outside of the playoff picture looking in 2024 to a leading contender in 2025.

On the other side of the ball, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is coming into the twilight of his career, hoping to win another Super Bowl. Stafford definitely has the weapons in the NFL’s No. 1 receiver right now in Puka Nacua and veteran Davante Adams.

This could be a really close game, but I believe Indianapolis will suffer their first loss of the season by a close margin, 27-24. It would be worthy of the Sunday Night Football game, if it weren’t already a premier tilt in the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys.
